In the offers on our website, the items are clearly and truthfully depicted and described. The products have the characteristics mentioned in the offer. The price is clearly stated in each offer. The rights and obligations you agree to when entering into a purchase agreement are clearly stated. The price you owe after placing an order is also specified.
Regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, Dutch Dandy reserves the right not to execute the order or to execute it at a later date. Dutch Dandy is also entitled to only deliver items once the customer has paid an agreed advance payment. If an order is delayed, the reason for this can be stated upon written request from the customer.
Within the cooling-off period (14 days) it is possible to return all delivered items without obligation. During the cooling-off period, the products can be tried on and their quality and condition assessed. This means that you as a customer can check whether the item conforms to what is offered on the website. In the event of a return, the items must not be worn, used or damaged. The return costs are borne by the customer. In this way, the shipping costs are shared when returning the item.
Unless otherwise stated, all offers are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. The cooling-off period begins on the day of delivery. As proof of the delivery date, we accept a consignment note stamped by PostNL or signed by the deliverer or a similar document proving delivery and stating the delivery date.
If the item is not returned within the cooling-off period, the purchase agreement is considered concluded. The purchase agreement is valid from the first day after the cooling-off period has expired.
Dutch Dandy endeavours to deliver every order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise agreed, every order will be delivered within 7 days of the order date. If delivery is unexpectedly delayed - whether because the product is temporarily out of stock or for other reasons - or if an order cannot be or can only be partially executed, the customer will be informed of this. In the event of a delay or only partially executed order, you have the right to cancel the remaining order.
The shipping and transport method is determined by Dutch Dandy. As a customer, you pay a contribution towards the shipping costs.
Dutch Dandy bears the risk of damage or loss during transport of the items until the moment of delivery. After you have received the item, the transport risk is transferred to you. In the case of a return shipment, the transport risk is transferred to Dutch Dandy again from the moment you hand the item over to the buyer. In the case of a damaged or missing item, we expect your cooperation in inspecting the damage. If you are not prepared to do this, the sales price of the item will be at your expense.
The date stated on the invoice is considered the date of receipt for the guarantee. The guarantee covers the use of the item as stated in the offer. We also guarantee that the items comply with the legal guidelines and/or official regulations that were legally valid at the time the purchase agreement was concluded.
The guarantee is void in the event of wear and tear as a result of normal use or damage as a result of neglected maintenance (intentional or gross negligence), improper use or use for purposes other than household purposes (for example (over)heating due to proximity to heat sources, exposure of the items to moisture, extreme heat or sweating, cold or dryness), repairs by you or third parties or if you give us insufficient opportunity to remedy the problem, natural damage (fire, lightning, flood, natural disasters, etc.), failure to follow the instructions for use of the item or improper compliance with your obligations.
Be careful, new products can sometimes bleed a little when you first use them and sweat. We recommend that you try on new products. We cannot take responsibility for any color bleeding from your clothing. DutchDandy cannot be held liable for any discoloration.
If manufacturers, producers or importers make further exclusions in the guarantee certificate, these will be accepted by Dutch Dandy.
No guarantee is given for discolorations or deviations of an incidental nature that are technically unavoidable and can generally be accepted in accordance with the specified use of the article. In the case of visible defects, you must return the article within the cooling-off period, reporting the defects and at Dutch Dandy's expense. In the case of hidden defects or in the case of visible defects that are only discovered after the cooling-off period, Dutch Dandy must receive the complaint within two months of the defects being discovered. Always send us your complaint in writing. The shipping costs of the articles that you return on your own initiative are at your own expense. Dutch Dandy is not liable for the transport risk in this case.
In the case of compensation payments based on the preceding articles, payments will be limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
Goods or services must be paid for within 14 days of delivery. If the amount is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent. After a reminder, interest will be charged on any outstanding amount. The interest is one percent of the total amount and is charged per month (or part of a month).
If the amount remains outstanding after several reminders, the outstanding amount will be increased by extrajudicial costs. These amount to 15% of the outstanding balance plus an additional €25 administration fee. Interest will be charged from the moment the reminder is sent until the amount owed is paid in full. In addition, a fee may be charged for each letter sent for the payment reminder. All (extra)judicial costs incurred in both amicable and judicial debt collection are borne by the customer.
Defects in the delivered product do not cancel the payment obligation towards Dutch Dandy, unless there is written consent from Dutch Dandy. Advance payments for items returned before the cooling-off period has expired will be refunded if the purchase agreement is not concluded. The refund will be made within 14 days after the manner in which the refund is to be made has been defined in writing.
