Unless otherwise stated, all offers are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. The cooling-off period begins on the day of delivery. The most important thing is that the products are returned undamaged. In case of doubt, we accept as proof of the delivery date a consignment note stamped by the post office or signed by the deliverer or a similar document proving delivery with a note of the delivery date.

The product must be returned in its packaging exactly as you received it. If this is not the case, we will charge a 10 euro labor fee.

Within the cooling-off period (14 days) it is possible to return all delivered items without obligation. During the cooling-off period, the products can be tried on and their quality and condition assessed. This means that you as a customer can check whether the item conforms to the offer on the website. In the event of a return, the items and packaging must not be worn, used or damaged. The return costs are borne by the customer, otherwise we would have to increase the product prices immediately.

The product must be returned in its packaging exactly as you received it. This applies in particular to the suspenders, which must be packaged in the same way as you received them. If this is not the case and we have to repackage the suspenders, we will charge a handling fee of 10 euros (which will be deducted from the refund).

The return costs (parcel post) are borne by the customer.

As already mentioned, the return costs are borne by the customer (we are not Zalando, otherwise we would have to raise the product prices straight away). Unfortunately, as a small luxury studio with custom-made products, we have no other choice. We would like to ask you to send the package back by parcel post so that we can track the package and it does not get lost.

The money will be refunded quickly. Please enclose the original invoice.

So that we know who ordered the braces and returned them, it is best to put the original invoice in the package. This will enable us to process the package quickly and refund you the money. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment. So if you paid via PayPal, for example, you will also get the money back via PayPal.
